Engagement Process
  1. Submit the brief — target city, budget, and whether yield or capital appreciation is the priority.
  2. Intake fee is charged; a shortlist of 3-5 vetted candidates is delivered with real yield/price data, not listing-price guesses.
  3. Client selects a candidate and engages their own local attorney/notary — Estate Dossier does not hold funds or take title at any point.
  4. Advisory fee is due only at closing, once the client has actually acquired the property.
